Move Your Posterior is a mobilty and strengthening workout for your posterior chain. We'll go through some mobilizing exercises to loosen your hips and shoulders then work on strengthening your whole back line of muscles. This is great for anyone who's been sitting a lot or wants to work on their posture.
All you need for this workout is yourself and some floorspace. Having a chair nearby may be helpful for balance.
